Consider other's situation before making own judgment
Definitely no one is always right, convincing others is one thing but willing to accept objection is another matter.
Some people can take short break but wasting the remaining working time on rubbish stuffs while others take a longer break to achieve progress in their work, is pretty obvious and which one do you prefer?
Some can make others to work for them but they failed to gain respect from them. Many respect people like us who think for other people situation before asking them to do. Wanna know why they take this step first? simply because every people style is different and expectation can never be the same. If everyone is the same, let everyone be the president then. Somethings just can't be solve by words and argument, trust me when I said this cos I already seen too much of these.
Talk is cheap and even if you are the best talker, it won't bring you anywhere. I have seen quite a few sweet and smart talker around, I admit that they are cool cos they know how to juggle with other people, then in the end they will become 'Empty'.
One thing that I have learn over these years, is not the matter on how old or experienced you are, is your character that will earn you the respect. My age might be slightly older than the people I mixed around but from them I have learned quite a lot of new things in life. Stick to your own rule is quite alright but on the other hand it means that you can't keep up with the future. That's the reason why I always tell others to be more 'flexible' in life.
