Yeah it's end of SIP! Ya ya.. not really that happy cos next week still have to come back and finish up all those shits. Well at least we don't need to wake so so early and rush to school just to clock in! Own time own target and seriously I think this is better cos everyone are given a task and it's individual responsibility to finish it. I believe from this, each individual is able to work with their best ability.
